1. Booking & Payment

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment as communicated by our team.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all tours.Tour My Uttarakhand is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages during the trip that are not covered under our services.

4. Liability

Tour My Uttarakhand acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
