Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrive at Haridwar. Evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay at hotel in Haridwar.
Drive to Barkot (210 km, 7-8 hrs) via Mussoorie and Kempty Falls. En route visit Kempty Falls. Overnight at Barkot.
Drive to Janki Chatti (36 km). Trek to Yamunotri temple (6 km). Take darshan at the temple and holy dip in Surya Kund. Trek back and drive to Barkot.
Drive to Uttarkashi (100 km, 4 hrs). Visit Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Uttarkashi.
Drive to Gangotri (100 km). Visit Gangotri Temple, the origin of River Ganges. Return to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.
Drive to Guptkashi (220 km, 8-9 hrs). Visit Ardh Narishwar Temple. Overnight at Guptkashi.
Drive to Gaurikund/Sonprayag. Trek to Kedarnath (16 km) or take helicopter. Evening darshan at Kedarnath Temple. Overnight near temple.
Early morning darshan. Trek back to Gaurikund. Drive to Guptkashi. Overnight stay.
Drive to Badrinath (195 km, 7-8 hrs) via Joshimath. Evening darshan at Badrinath Temple. Visit Tapt Kund. Overnight at Badrinath.
Morning darshan. Visit Mana Village - last Indian village. Drive to Rudraprayag (160 km). Overnight at Rudraprayag.
Drive to Haridwar (165 km, 5 hrs). Trip ends. Drop at Haridwar Railway Station/Bus Stand.
